Setting sail from San Diego to Cabo

This is it!!!

Tomorrow is the big day when we set sail from San Diego to Cabo San Lucas with stops at Turtle Bay and Bahia Santa Maria. It will take about 2 weeks.  there are about 150 boats taking part in this regatta called the Baja Haha.

 We have been very busy getting ready and in fact I have to get back to work now.

Will post more when able but it may be 2 weeks from now. I will include photos next time.

Returned to Mariah in San Diego

Howdy All,

Im back at Mariah in San Diego. Im working on getting ready for the Baja Ha Ha. I wont even get into my lengthy boring list. Im a bit overwhelmed right now but will keep plugging along.

 I have to go now to get a new boat survey so I can get boat insurance for Mexico. Just wanted to say "hi" while I have web access at the airport.

10-7-12 work work work

Ive been working most of last week and all weekend and plan to work all next week. My time left before returning to San Diego is going to fly by. I bought 2 used inflatable stand up paddle boards to add to the list of toys on board Mariah. I may have to ship one or both to San Diego in time for departure. So much to do and so little time. Well, just wanted to say "hi" to anyone checking on the blog and will have more interesting stuff to report after October 23 when I return to San Diego. Cheers, Ken
