How to build a solar panel mount

I built a simple pivoting solar panel mount to be added to my sailboats davits to increase my solar array.

Supplies:
135 w Kyocera solar panel, 60"x27"
1" aluminum square tube (3x28")
2" stainless "U" bolts (x3)
stainless bolts and nylon lock nuts

Tools:
drill or drill press (better) and bits
socket and wrench set
